We worked with the museum to reassess their current output, through a series of research projects over a period of time. Using this research we began to address Amgueddfa Cymru aims by identifying new target markets, key to broaden the museums’ engagement within Wales and future markets.
From our findings we developed specific design criteria to attract these new markets. Providing a plan for information made available to prospective visitors and users of the seven museums, while carefully supporting current visitor markets.
Using our design criteria has established coherence in the Museum’s output and has extended into both current and planned future brand communication.

Amgueddfa Cymru brand communications for their family of museums



Amgueddfa Cymru is a family of seven museums located throughout Wales. Each family member gives a unique insight into our history, while sharing the Amgueddfa Cymru values of excellence and learning.
