Climate Change Wales
We produced a fully content managed interactive learning platform for the West Wales Eco Centre, which has enabled them to manage and provide learning materials to students and teachers throughout Wales.
Through an initial design phase, we worked closely with the West Wales ECO Centre to identify the key areas within the website, producing a multi facetted website which ‘grows up’ as the pupil progresses from stage to stage. Being animation based at key stage 1. Developing in sophistication as it reaches key stage 4. The website is completely updatable by the centre’s staff, using our in house Content Management System Cynwwys ©.
In addition to standard user based content, we developed an additional facility which was used throughout the website, linking materials displayed with online teaching resources uploaded directly by teaching staff throughout Wales.

West Wales ECO Centre is a registered charity and non-profit business limited by guarantee based in Newport, Pembrokeshire. They work with a number of partners and funders to promote the issues surrounding energy use and its impact on sustainability and the environment.

Result
The West Wales ECO Centre is an environmental charity based in Newport Pembrokeshire. We have produced two interactive learning resources in the past and were looking for a company to help us create a new online learning resource for schools on Climate Change.
During the tender process we were impressed by their the strong design across the different age ranges professional approach to project management which gave us confidence that the budget wouldn't spiral out of control, their bespoke content management system which would enable us to manage the bilingual content of our site effectively.
During the development of the site and the subsequent collaborations, we have been not only impressed by their friendly professionalism but also their ability to convert our specifications into a coherent functioning design. The technical support has been excellent, with any issues resolved promptly. We've enjoyed working with them on the Climate Change Wales project and we hope they've enjoyed it too.
