So what does that mean?
We work through a series of provocations that challenge core beliefs and values of your brand and company. Through these questions we attain knowledge of the brands heritage and it's narrative. This understanding helps us attain a platform or springboard to develop your brand in the future.

When should you Acclimatise?
Acclimatise is best used to clarify and to develop your brand. As you develop as a brand your offer and narrative changes over time this can become confusing. Acclimatise is perfect to realign this.

Viewpoint

Viewpoint provides a greater understanding of your customers, what they think about your company in a fast informative way. Our Viewpoint workshop has developed over a number of years to allow us to provide a comprehensive overview of your customers, their views and how they interact with brands along-side yours. This provides a useful insight into customer perceptions of your brand and indications of where improvements can be made.

Names have never been more important to begin the connection with your customers. Naming a company or brand can be daunting, therefore it's important that names are co-created to develop a sense of ownership and to begin acceptance of the new name.

It’s a process of exploration. With you, we make our way through a series of workshops that slowly ‘climb Everest’. As we scale each face and climb each crevasse, we go higher and get to know more – about the opportunities within your project or organisation and the key brand stories and values that we can develop together.
